Sometimes in life, people feel like something is not right. Problems keep coming one after another, the mind feels restless, or things just don’t seem to go smoothly. In many places, people immediately think it might be black magic or someone’s bad intention. In Islam, the belief is very simple — nothing can harm a person unless Allah allows it. So the best thing to do is turn to Allah and ask for His protection.
In Islamic practice, there is something called Ruqyah. Don’t think of it as some complicated ritual. It’s actually very simple. Ruqyah just means reciting certain verses from the Quran and asking Allah to remove harm and give protection. It’s basically spiritual healing through prayer.

One of the most commonly recited chapters for healing is Surah Al-Fatiha, which is the first chapter of the Quran. Many Muslims believe it carries strong healing power. A common way people do it is by reciting Surah Al-Fatiha a few times with full faith. Some people read it seven times, then blow gently into their hands and wipe their hands over their face or body while praying to Allah for protection.
Another very powerful verse is Ayat-ul-Kursi from Surah Al-Baqarah. This verse is widely known for protection. Many Muslims make it a habit to read Ayat-ul-Kursi after every prayer and before going to bed. It is believed that this verse creates a kind of spiritual shield around the person.
There are also three short chapters that Muslims often read for protection. These are Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas. People usually call them the “three Quls.” A lot of people read these three chapters in the morning and again at night. Many also read them before sleeping, blow gently into their palms, and wipe their hands over their body.
Black Magic Removal Through Islamic Prayers
Another important thing in Islam is dua, which simply means making a personal prayer to Allah. You can talk to Allah in your own words. Just ask Him to protect you, remove any negative influence, and bring peace into your life. There is no complicated process. A sincere prayer from the heart is what really matters.
Regular prayer, called Salah, is also very important. Muslims pray five times a day, and these prayers keep a person spiritually strong. When someone stays connected to Allah regularly, it naturally brings peace to the mind and heart.
Many Islamic scholars also say that reciting Surah Al-Baqarah in the house helps keep negative energies away. Homes where the Quran is recited often usually feel calmer and more peaceful.
At the same time, Islam clearly advises people not to go to magicians or people who claim they can remove black magic through strange methods. Those practices are discouraged. In Islam, the belief is that real protection and help come only from Allah.
In the end, the main things that help are faith, prayer, and patience. When a person remembers Allah often and keeps strong belief, fear slowly fades away and life starts feeling peaceful again.
